Shade Structures & Sails to protect you from the sun OZSUN SHADE SYSTEMS offer an extensive range of shade sails and shade structures.Shade sails are suspended between posts, brackets or sail track. Shade structures have the fabric stretched over a supporting frame. Shade Sails Shade sails can be made in just about any shape. Shade sails are attached to free standing posts (or suitable existing structures) with stainless steel fixing points and therefore do not have any form of structural roofing support. Shade sail fixing posts are normally set at least at two alternate heights. This is to ensure that the sail does not trap water and to give three dimensional stability to the fabric. Generally a square or rectangular shaped sail will require two higher and two lower fixing points, with posts of equal height set at diagonally opposite corners. A triangular shaped sail will require one higher fixing point. Shade sails are fabricated from premium high grade extra heavy duty cloth offering up to 96% UV protection. All Shade Sail edges are hemmed with heavy duty webbing and all corners on Sails larger than 25m2 are reinforced. Stainless steel rings are used for the fixing points. Shade Structures

MAINTENANCE FREE HIGH QUALITY STRUCTURE The OZSUN SHADE SYSTEMS steel frame is manufactured from 350 grade steel tube which is rust proofed by full hot dip galvanising after welding. This assures long lasting strength and durability. The galvanised steel frame is then powder coated from any of the Dulux range of colours to ensure a long lasting scratch resistant finish. We use high quality extra heavy duty cloth offering up to 96% UV protection. Shade cloth allows the structure to breath, the airflow creates a pleasant cool environment under which you can relax.
