Provide a retractable roof system at the Sydney University.
Project specifics
Helioscreen’s All Seasons Trend roof systems were used at one of Sydney’s latest courtyard alfresco dining spaces within Sydney University campus.
Seeking a flexible space that can be used in a range of weather conditions the courtyard features five opening roof systems that were installed by Ozsun.
Working closely with project architects and steel fabricators ensured the systems sit within pre designed outrigger frames that provide cantilevered beams to restrict the use of posts over the 5m extension.
The opening roof systems feature a remote motorised drive system with 100% waterproof & block out fabric for a dense shade and incorporate rubber water seal system to direct water down the back of each system through down pipes integrated into the steel framing.
Available in a array of models, colours and shapes the All Seasons retractable roof range offers the perfect coverage for a range of residential and commercial applications.
